At Obsessions, everything is curated with intention and packed with love. We want you to feel that little rush when your package lands on your doorstep.

We typically ship within 2-4 business days (because good things take a minute.)

Once your order heads out, you'll get a tracking email so you can stalk it responsibly.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
Please double check your address before placing your order - once it leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands and we can't reroute it.


RETURNS

We truly hope you're obsessed. But if something isn't sparking joy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required

Email us at hello@shopobsessions.com with your order number and we'll take care of you.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the piece(s) (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

Please note: Earrings are final sale (for obvious reasons)

Obsessions reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear

Orders placed on sale are FINAL sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges

Obsessions does not offer repairs. However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at hello.obsessionsco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery date. Please include photo(s) of the damaged items) for review.

Obsessions is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Changed your mind? We get it.

Exchanges are available within 7 days, pending inventory.

Just email us your order number and what you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll either invoice or refund the balance.
